What is a Vasectomy?

You may be asking yourself, what is a vasectomy really like? 
A vasectomy by Dr. Benderev is usually a painless, 10 minute office procedure done through a 1/4 inch opening to interrupt the flow of sperm from the testicle to the outside. This procedure is done by closing the vas deferens, which are the small tubes that transport sperm from the testicles to the urinary system, normally allowing the release of the sperm to the outside.
